Form4 was founded over 20 years ago and is recognised as one of the leading bespoke private builders and consultancies in the south-east of England working across a wide range of sectors.
As part of our residential offering we focus on a small number of residential areas of London and the adjoining Home Counties within and around the M25. We offer completed properties for sale and also, we offer clients the opportunity to design and build their dream home to their own requirements and specification.
Our team of talented designers and architects are responsible for all our houses and apartments, each with distinguishing features that give every building a unique character, but still retaining a certain style and classy feel. Our build team backs this up with an attention to detail and strict programme compliance throughout the build.
As well as providing elegant residential exteriors, Form4 offers a comprehensive interior design service, whereby clients work directly with our interior teams to create a personalised home that matches the grandeur of the exterior architecture. Our option of modern or classic exterior designs, surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, combined with well thought out contemporary interiors, featuring the latest high-tech gadgetry and appliances, provides prospective homeowners a way to either buy or build out their dream homes.
In addition to our residential offerings we also provide bespoke building services for commercial, hospitality, arts and education clients as well.

Working in a wide variety of locations and within the construction industry over the last 12-years has left me in a distinctly advantageous position to manage exciting residential projects.
I have personally overseen and been responsible for projects from inception to completion working on the full design and build process as a principal contractor. I understand fully the requirements of all parties, including what it means to go that extra mile in providing a quality finished product.
